At this time I offer four different types of make up services. My mission is to build trust with my clients and to serve women great customer service with my unique transformations. As a licensed cosmetologist I will create a makeup style that will bring out your inner beauty while protecting the skin barrier. “With me your beauty is in good hands” ✨ Booking & Retainer A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments. - The retainer is applied toward your total service cost. - Appointments are not confirmed until the retainer has been received. - The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. 📍 Travel Fees EXL Beauty can travel if needed. Travel fees are calculated separately based on your location from 1256 Plaza Dr Burlington, NC 27215 United States 0-17miles -> +$15 18-35miles-> +$25 36-53miles-> +$35 54-75miles-> +$45 80 miles and up $20 base + mileage from 1256 Plaza Dr Burlington, NC 27215 United States - Travel fees will be provided after your booking inquiry and confirmed before adding to your final balance. - Please provide an accurate address at the time of booking to avoid changes in pricing. ⏰ Grace Period & Late Policy ALL clients are given a 10-minute grace period. I completely understand that things happen! However: - Please contact me via text or call prior to your appointment time if you are running late. (Includes those receiving mobile services) - After 10 minutes without communication, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, and your retainer will be forfeited. - Late arrivals may result in adjusted services to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing EXL Beauty for your makeup and hair services. Please review the following policies carefully before booking. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for every client. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to reschedule and transfer your retainer. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeited retainer. 🔁 Repeated Cancellations - After 3 consecutive cancellations, you will be restricted from booking until the following month. - This policy ensures availability for clients who are ready to commit to their appointments. 💳 Final Payments - The remaining balance (including travel fees) is due on the day of your appointment. - Accepted payment methods should be confirmed at the time of booking.
